absolutely the worst apartment complex and Mount Pleasant I would suggest avoiding like the plague they are roach and rat infested the walls and dry walls are falling apart there humidity damaged there's black mold in the ac ducts I have now have to throw out all of my electronics my new television stereo surround sound equipment Furniture because they're infested with roaches because I did not hire an experienced extermination Squad and all the illegal Mexicans that moved in here brought all their roaches and when they left... read more
over priced and grounds are unkeeped
This apartment complex has been under construction with little to no care or consideration for the residents. The subcontractors enter at their leisure with zero regard to personal property and destruction of the actual unit. The property is in such disrepair and when you work overnights or different shifts the subcontractors bully you to get into your apartment. Stay away. See the BBB review. Spend your money elsewhere
