If you are a first responder or paramilitary please do not book with this organization, they were callous and unprofessional. Customer service was subpar the higher I went up in management to discuss the discrepancy the more disrespectful and callous they became. Save your money go elsewhere

Everything about our experience was amazing! Captain Zac and crew were incredibly warm and welcoming. We felt safe and like they really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Can’t wait for our next visit to FL to book them again and would highly recommend to anyone interested in chartering this beautiful boat!
