Janay is amazing! She’s insightful, supportive, and keeps you accountable to your goals. Her energy is truly special. Philip at the front desk is great too, he’ll take good care of you if you ever need to reschedule. Just all-around wonderful people here.
Florence has been such an incredible support system the past year. I am extremely grateful that I was able to work with her. Both Florence and Anchor has been amazing at communication as well
My mother committed suicide and they gave me a rude snarky intern therapist (Laura Hernandez) who told me to get off my phone after I was just checking the battery to make sure I could bus home while I was breaking down about my mothers death I also should’ve read the multiple bad reviews on here about Jennifer Berry . I have been a client with Anchor within Counseling for almost two years now and have experienced tremendous growth, although I still have more to work on, I am grateful for the therapy I have received so far. I have had bad experiences with therapists that kept me away from therapy for years until I was able to find this clinic. I would give zero stars if I could. They do not check your insurance before each appointment like most mental health providers. They lied about trying to setup a payment plan. They did not reach out to set it up. They also billed for an appointment that was canceled and never gone too. They take days to get back to you. You can leave a voicemail with them requesting a call back to maybe receive an email. Steer clear of this place. I do not recommend. Added no threats were ever made.
