To the owener and CEO Kevin, and any staff who shares his beliefs, If you want your business to continue and actually succeed, I seriously suggest you start treating people better, veterans and the LGBTQIA community included. This place is as shady as it gets... you can see from their extremely low rating! As another reviewer said "avoid this place if your a veteran" 100%
I was ghosted by owner Kevin after being reassigned to him by my former therapist who left the clinic. I showed up and the building was closed and I attempted to contact Kevin and left a voicemail and never received a call back. I still have not received any follow up after six months. This is client abandonment and is unethical!! I was also being charged around $400 etc by them per session to my insurance! Referred by the VA and met with Michael Ginzburg. A therapist from the VA said she was going to 'refer me out' to Anchor Therapy Clinic to try and help us understand and document the source of more serious symptoms like seizures and migraines. I'm already service connected for PTSD and believe that the VA should just be including seizures and migraines as part of my existing diagnosis from 2010. Was referred by the VA and was assigned to meet with the "owner" Kevin. He was late for the first meeting (Red Flag #1) Even though it was completely funded through the VA he said that I "had to" give them my credit card information. (Red flag #2) During the sessions I felt like he was mostly adversarial, dismissive and countering instead of just probing to understand my perspective.
