Anchor Realty managed my short-term rental property for several years. They have a few good individuals on the team (maintenance, front office, Q&A etc.) However, largely Anchor failed on many different levels and I can't recommend them.

Anchor realty group canceled my vacation 3 weeks before my scheduled check-in. no reason no solution offered and they will only refund $1,717.25 out of the $4,617.43 that they took out of my account. Yet they claim there's no foul play on their end. They will cancel your vacation that's paid in full without reason at any time.
Would not recommend this company and would not recommend working with Chelsea Lee she never answers her phone or return text messages. She is very unprofessional
The house we stayed in was clean and had everything you could imagine that you'd need (5602A Atlantic Ave.). It was decorated very nicely. I highly recommend. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and friendly.
Used them multiple times for pet friendly rentals. Great prices and lots of locations, accommodating of any needs we had during our stay including replacing small appliances or bringing a crock pot we needed
Our vacation was amazing!! And our neighbor guy was so kind!! Would definitely stay again!!! Everything was clean and the owners were awesome!!
Paid &2500. For a week and the cooktop is cracked, ants totally covering the counters, the rug is dirty and stained and now no ac in 90+ hear! Had to go buy a fan and ant traps. The owners and anchor were no help at all.

Hi Mary, I am sorry your experience with our company and the property has not been good. We really try hard to make sure all of our guests enjoy their time with us. The owner has rushed to try and get a new system installed as quickly as possible but it has taken several days since it wasn't a quick fix.
