Not the best communication, schedule a tour and they canceled it an hour before. I understand but they could of communicated their was serious interest before I drove two hours down.
I understand that technology is meant to make the process faster and more efficient, but in this case it made the experience feel cold and impersonal. The level of service was disappointing and, at times, came across as rude. They seemed to expect me to already know their procedures instead of guiding me through the process. I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than as a client paying for a professional service.
One of Best Airbnb Stays and experiences I've had. The place is Really nice, has every amenity you could think of. I was able to relax, be entertained, get work done, amd wash my clothes. We were greeted with a gift. Hosting was top tier. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend! ❤️
We stayed on the 4th floor unit located on 12th Street. Phenomenal location in the heart of the resort area. A true gem and decorated beautifully. Very very clean and the beds are super comfortable. This is a must stay and trust me you will want to return. Anchor is awesome to work with.
