Misleading on terms of lease (verbally and over email). Was told 'free month' would be applied over course of 12-month lease by individual showing the apartment. Then received email saying it would be given as the 13th month free after completing the terms of the 12 month lease. Then when lease came, after providing application fee and credit check, was written to that we had to pay an additional half month on top of the 12 in order to receive the rent credit.
