Please don’t waste your time being added to any waitlist. These people are unable to keep up with their demand and their scheduling system is beyond archaic. Not a reliable bet for assistance of any kind.

Horrible experience today with my child. After only 4 minutes into our appointment, I got up and left. Come to find out, my neighbor had the exact same experience with her child—coincidentally with the same Therapist. Such a shame.

My husband and I lost our son and wanted help with the grieving process. They were of little help to either of us. After several months of attending neither of us were any better. They were good listeners however my neighbor was better at giving me feedback than the counselor at Anchor in Hampstead. Don’t waste your time

Absolutely awful receptionist. They wont answer your questions, they give attitude and wont give you all the information thats "required" of there policy in order for you to be able to get things done the first time, so they expect you to jump through hoops after doing what was already originally asked. And all without even letting you see this "policy". If you both parents arent married to each other good luck you might as well go else where.
