We just relocated to Whidbey Island from the beautiful state of Florida. Drove by the Anchor pointe Apts and decided to take a peek. Walked into the office and there stood Maxwell! Amazing gentlemen, excellent customer service, and what an outstanding personality. He showed us a few apartments and they were absolutely adorable. Currently living at the villa marina location and the only thing I dont really like is the washer and dryer being in the guest room.Other than that I have no other complaints or issues.I really like my stay here and I would recommend it to anybody looking for somewhere to stay.Thanks Maxwell.

Absolutely outrageous and ridiculous fees. As if the rent isn’t already outrageous, requiring to pay a ($200) pet DEPOSIT, $200 utilities, $25 monthly pet rent, $400 admin fee, more misc fees especially for pets, 1-3x the rent asking is ridiculous. This is such a scam and a great example of landlords literally begging for more and more money. I have NEVER seen a complex literally bill for almost everything. What has this world come to
