Absolutely outrageous and ridiculous fees. As if the rent isn’t already outrageous, requiring to pay a ($200) pet DEPOSIT, $200 utilities, $25 monthly pet rent, $400 admin fee, more misc fees especially for pets, 1-3x the rent asking is ridiculous. This is such a scam and a great example of landlords literally begging for more and more money. I have NEVER seen a complex literally bill for almost everything. What has this world come to
Active military and was needing a place in a pinch. Maxwell was amazing with helping me through the process of renting my first apartment! Will be recommending to other military personnel.
Never received better customer service.
