Maxwell is a very nice Landlord! And the Apartments are great!
Anchor Pointe has a very good manager, Maxwell. He’s friendly, professional and quick to respond to issues and questions. Apartments are clean and comfortable in a park like setting amongst beautiful trees. Cute little dog park onsite for your fur babies. Close to all Oak Harbor shopping, restaurants and schools. Prices are reasonable.
We just relocated to Whidbey Island from the beautiful state of Florida. Drove by the Anchor pointe Apts and decided to take a peek. Walked into the office and there stood Maxwell! Amazing gentlemen, excellent customer service, and what an outstanding personality. He showed us a few apartments and they were absolutely adorable. Like I said, we are relocating here and don’t know anyone so it was nice to walk in to the office and feel like we were talking to family! Currently living at the villa marina location and the only thing I dont really like is the washer and dryer being in the guest room.Other than that I have no other complaints or issues.I really like my stay here and I would recommend it to anybody looking for somewhere to stay.Thanks Maxwell.
