Active military and was needing a place in a pinch. Maxwell was amazing with helping me through the process of renting my first apartment! Will be recommending to other military personnel.
Never received better customer service.
This is the worst place I have ever lived, took them 11 months to fix my dishwasher, still haven’t fixed a couple of things I filed when I moved in. take forever to respond to messages, and have entered my apartment without notice. I would never recommend anyone to live here.
*NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY* If you enjoy coming back from deployment to find your car towed, then rent here. If you enjoy being lied to and then randomly charged 500 bucks after leaving, then rent here. If you enjoy having no facilities and paying way too much, then rent here. I will be posting pictures and documents of money that the complex OWES ME from towing my car wrongfully while on deployment. After living there for 5 years I would suggest staying at a hotel rather than rent here.
