RecommendedShout out to anchor physician therapy in Tacoma. The therapist are awesome and so patient and kind! I and my daughter both had therapy there. They make you feel comfortable in your healing process and the therapist don’t push you to hard. Today was my daughters last visit. Megan was fantastic and really helped with my left shoulder/back pain. I am feeling so much better and glad that she gave me the resources I needed to continue exercises at home! I do miss her massage gun though! LOL
Hands down the best PT place I’ve been to. All the ladies at the front desk are sweethearts! And all the PT’s are down to earth and make you feel comfortable. Amazing place. Highly recommend going here!
In 2009, I jumped off a freeway overpass in a suicide attempt and was hit by an 18 wheeler when I landed. Obviously, I sustained serious orthopedic injuries. I “graduated” today with dramatically increased range of motion & restored strength in my right shoulder. THANK YOU! In just ten visits my pain is GONE! Always remember to do your exercises at home. It speeds recovery. I only skipped on day at home over five weeks. 👍

Friendly staff that can feel like family. I went last year for lower back and shoulder issues, then when I injured my neck recently I thought of them first right away and was able to be seen the next day. I always enjoy my visits, not only because I leave feeling better, but because I enjoy each employee's company as well. They're always awesome!
I love everyone at Anchor Physical Therapy Lakewood. they have always been awesome to me and my family. I have severe PTSD and mental illness as well as my physical health being poor. They always make sure I am calm and feel safe. They never push me beyond my capabilities but help me expand them too.
