I have been going here for years with no issue and at this last visit I overheard office staff referring to a parent a "bi***" while my young daughter and I were standing at the counter. The doctor administered flu shots while I was not allowed back with my kids (which I wanted but they did not ask if I did or if the kids had already gotten them elsewhere, they took previous years' history of flu shots and per the dr "assumed" we'd be getting them) and I was not able to join my kids during their well visits because they're t... read more
