I move into the 41st at tillamook apartment building in 2017. It was a tax exempt unit since I was barely making a livable wage. Everything started great. The absolute worst place I have ever lived in my ENTIRE LIFE. - weird bait and switch high-stress touring that is nearly impossible to figure which floor plan was liveable --- they don't even have consistent floors to apartments - the payment portal charges for like 3 bills at the same time and you cannot split payments, which is RIDICULOUS - terrible closets - half of the outlets didn't work and the little plastic crap constantly broke - really thin walls - the kitchens are so badly laid out i had to get stitches becaus... read more
Rating of 0!!!! The site made me leave 1 star. Horrible customer service and defensive associates. They overcharge move out costs and blame tenants for normal wear and tear of cheaply fabricated apartments. They claim zero responsibility for costs of doing business by passing it off to tenants. Read the rest of the reviews!! This management company is awful and its ran by unprofessional, uneducated, angry folks that really seem to have no concept of fair and reasonable. PLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!
