I've been seeing Ms.Threatts for about 3yrs and she has been the first person out of many through the years that makes me feel comfortable, heard, and makes me feel like I actually matter. She is kind, very understanding, and she's just really the best out there!
This office is always considerate and helpful
My experience with the services provided was positive, however the scheduling and billing from Danielle’s office are unpredictable. After several failed attempts to contact the office in anticipation of missing my appointment (due to a phone stolen abroad), I was charged an $85 no-show fee. I agree with the necessity of these fees, but given my good-faith efforts to notify the office, I would’ve thought a waiver was reasonable.
