Doug was great walking through electrical fixes that are common to him but was a guessing game for me. He was honest and much easier to work with than other marinas in the area. Walked me through the fixes and was even able to save me $ from the estimate. All was fixed and for less than what he said. Boat is running great and he even contacted me a week later to be sure I was happy with how the boat was operating! Great customer service! Thanks Doug!
Doug did an excellent job with our 115 Honda four stroke. We had taken it to another service shop not to be named (in Lake Hallie that starts with a 'Z'), and they charged us a ton and didn't fix the issue. Doug not only diagnosed the problem, but he talked us through the process of fixing it and the value in doing so. Then, he lake tested and followed through on everything he said he would do. So honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. In short, Doug is awesome at what he does!
We can't thank Doug at Anchor Marine for the awesome job on getting our pontoon ready for the season. He was honest and helpful, and helping us understanding the maintenance of our boat! He also took the time to help out our sons boat when a little mishap happened! He is the best around and knows his stuff, friendly and professional! We will be a life time customer!!
Picked up a motor from Doug today and the experience was outstanding! He went over all the "ins and outs" of the motor and the break in period. A 90 HP Johnson with a chameleon paint job, I will have the coolest looking motor on Lake Minocqua!!!
