They suck! They wasted both my partner and my time with tedious made-up tasks for OVER 5 MONTHS, only to deny care. It would have been nice to have help when I was bedridden recovering from duraplasty, but they deprived me of that. Hope you happy with yourself, Anchor! You did that to me! In my opinion, it seems like a scam where their workers are paid to waste people’s time.
