Coordinators dont communicate properly they write down the wrong information about the aide and gets them in trouble. If it too much for Coordinator to handle why do so much! Joining this company thought was going to be better but it worse. Coordinator keeps referring me as a HHA aid. Which I am not an HHA aid. I am A PCA. I did ask someone if the coordinator can get in trouble for giving me a case that requires an hha. I did call up new state to confirm the difference of an hha and pca! Joining this company thought was going to be better but it worse. Coordinator keeps referring me as a HHA aid. Which I am not an HHA aid. I am A PCA. There have poor management and poor education wich is very concerning when it comes to help people I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy they have very serious problems with the customers and employees ESPECIALLY SAMANTHA ,and all the coordinators don’t use this company for the health of our elders they are a disaster
