My wife started a couple of months ago, quickly saw relief in one painful area. Seeing good progress in other long term areas.
Anchor is a great place to have chiropractic care. As an RN I appreciate the approach that Dr. Mitch takes to pinpoint where subluxations exists and performs repeat studies to check for progress. Their staff is friendly and makes me feel like family! Top notch care!
Dr. Mitch is awesome! My mom is 87. And he treats her like she is his own grandmother. Very gentle. Very kind! Remembers everything she says! How's that for a doctor?! And what he does works!
I didn't have any of the typical ailments that come to mind when you thing about going to a chiropractor (hurting back/neck etc). I am a lifelong acid reflux sufferer who had pretty much accepted my fate. After seeing Doctor Mitch and his staff it has become much better. I'm not taking any pharmacy drugs and feeling clearer than ever.
Had never been to chiropractor before. But Dr. MITCH told me from day 1 that this is a lot like a roller coaster ride in the beginning. He was right, some days are better than others. But after a few appointments, the down times are shorter and alot less. The back/spine wasn't messed up over night and won't be straighten over night. On another note Heather and Abby are awesome! Look forward to my weekly appointment.

Very Friendly and caring. I was able to smell again after my first adjustment! I had not been able to smell for at least 5 years! Dr. Mitch is skillful and puts any concerns about care to rest. Wonderful folks with your health at the top of the list.
Dr. Mitch and the team at Anchor Health are outstanding! They are not only passionate about seeing you achieve better health, but care for you as an overall person. The education you recieve in the office really helps with healing process and the intent for the whole community is genuine. I highly recommend Anchor Health Chiropractic for your entire family!
