Love this place. The place is beautiful and clean and Everyone there makes you heard and cared about. Truly. ❤️
First visit was fine. Follow up went well. Made a 3rd appointment for a knee injection but had to cancel because the weather was going to be extremely bad. Fast forward and I get a bill for the injection I never received from the appointment that was canceled!!! Called the 1st time and was told someone would get back to me, they never did. I’m giving this place 3 stars, because while there are definitely some really good things about this place, the wait time honestly took away from the whole experience. First off, I want to say the staff is genuinely great. Everyone we interacted with was polite, professional, and welcoming. You can tell they actually care about patients and aren’t just there to rush you in and out. The clinic itself is also very clean, like spotless. First visit today and I am very happy with them. They don't jump right in for surgery and give your body time to heal itself. The doctor was very nice and went over all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Stevenson was amazing.
Dr. Dave is amazing! He has great communication and exceptional work in the OR. We have used him both times my husbands had knee surgery. However, the office staff is terrible. I do not understand how you can charge for things I have to constantly monitor and follow up on. Even with all my extra attention, it was still completed incorrectly. The staff is expected to print out something for the manager and place it on their desk just for FMLA and then you also are charged for this paperwork to be completed. My paperwork was l... read more
