I can not reach anyone or even leave a message. I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow as a new patient and they called to get my insurance info. Im at work. Asked if I could call back. She was rude. Then told me I had to come at a different time for my appointment bc im new but didnt tell me what time. When I called back I went through their virtual answering service and I went around in circles. Unable to even leave a voice mail. Guess I will just cancel at this point.
The staff is super helpful and nice if you come in person but if you try to call the office for any reason, you can never speak to a live person. If you leave a message, they will call you back after at least 24 hours just to get some type of response. To get a prescription refill is properly one of the hardest things to get done over the phone, no one ever answers.
The front office staff are great. Physical therapy staff are great, but the office manager Amesha is non responsive to my request about a real receipt for the cream that I purchased. She sent a text receipt with an incorrect price and it doesn’t even have the practice name on it. The office staff have sent her multiple messages while I was in the office. Three stars for lack of management.
Love this place. The place is beautiful and clean and Everyone there makes you heard and cared about. Truly. ❤️
First visit was fine. Follow up went well. Made a 3rd appointment for a knee injection but had to cancel because the weather was going to be extremely bad. Fast forward and I get a bill for the injection I never received from the appointment that was canceled!!! Called the 1st time and was told someone would get back to me, they never did.
