I worked with Ayman at Anchor Auto Outlet and cannot say enough great things about how he helped with my purchase. Everyone there was great! I flew in to pick up my purchase and rented a car to get to the dealership, after the purchase was complete Ayman took me back to drop of my rental and brought me back to the dealership to get my car. This all happened after they had closed due to the travel challenges I had that day getting to Raliegh. I found my interaction with the sales reps to be very disappointing. After visiting in person and test driving a MB SL550, I was very interested in buying the car, however there were 3 major concerns with the vehicle that I shared with the salesman. He took the information down but said that they are not in the new car business, they are in the used car business. I never got a call back regarding the issues I inquired about. I must say that Anchor Auro Outlet is a great dealership. We experienced a problem after buying a truck from Anchor. The owner and salesman called and went to extra lengths to resolve the issue. Worst dealer, I buy car from them $30000, when they deliver car to me, I take it for test drive and motor broke ,they sold me car with broken motor, did 'not want to return car or money, I have to hire lawyer to solve this deal, still in process to get my money back, DON'T BAY FROM THIS DEALER.
