I recently was in an accident I recently was in an accident and my older car was in need of repair. Tom and his team at Anchor were very responsive to my needs and budget and delivered a superior experience. Tom went out of his way to find me a used door that would match my old vehicle and it was worth the wait. When I went to pick my vehicle up I was amazed at how good it looked! After a small fender bender in my Honda Civic, I visited two other shops on my insurance company's approved list. Had vastly different, somewhat dis satisfactory experiences at both. I decided to try one more shop that was one of several recommended by Kaloci & Son, a maintenance shop specializing in Hondas. I am treated with courtesy and respect and feel that they pay attention to what I have to say and address all my concerns. In short I feel they bend over backwards to make sure that I am satisfied with their work and that they have done everything they could to help me.
