I went in for some minor body work. I ran over a basketball and it got in the wheel well, and pulled the fender apart. I also asked to have a few scratches and dings buffed out and touched up with paint. Tom was very friendly and gave me a clear quote.

I adopted a special needs kitty from Alpine and I am so happy that I did. Dr. Virk and his staff always have an animal that they are trying to give a second chance too! No other Vet that I have been to does this and I would know because I am a vet tech myself. I have worked and been to many different vet clinics and I have never seen such love and compassion than at Alpine.

I recently was in an accident and my older car was in need of repair. Tom and his team at Anchor were very responsive to my needs and budget and delivered a superior experience. Rod and the front desk staff get an A++ from me! After a small fender bender in my Honda Civic, I visited two other shops on my insurance company's approved list. Each time I've done business with Anchor since then I am reminded of how much I appreciate doing business with them. I am treated with courtesy and respect and feel that they pay attention to what I have to say and address all my concerns. In short I feel they bend over backwards to make sure that I am satisfied with their work and that they have done everything they could to help me. On the day I first stopped to check Anchor out the owner personally took time to look at some minor damage on my car. In watching his inspection and talking to him I learned how to improve the appearance of my car without incurring a big expense. In that instance I made a decision not to fix the damage he inspected but his behavior and thoughtful answers brought me back when I did need to have my car fixed.
