Everything was delicious ! Definitely a must try .
Over-romanticized wording for an OK preparation. Came during lunch for a quick bit. Service was slow without a large crowd. Food was average at best. Had to ask for a lot of obvious things. Not impressed in the least.
Wonderful food and service. Lovely gimlet. Wonderful evening with good friends.
We had a striped bass prepared to perfection! Our desserts were very unique and scrumptious! Our server, Peyton helped make our evening the total success it was.... Peyton was stellar!! I believe will all be returning to The Anchor otr!
Wonderful! We were with a large party in the bar and they took great care of us. Also, along with fantastic raw bar, the best deviled eggs too!
I work 3 blocks from here. I go out to eat nearly every day, and do much of that on Vine St. I decided to branch out today. I had the Whaler cod sandwich and cup of clam chowder. It was great. I'm trying to stop drinking Diet Coke so I order club soda most places. Most places don't charge or if they do I always get free refills. That is not the case at the Anchor.
