I've had nothing but trouble with this bank. Getting online account access was difficult. Mobile deposit was difficult. The branch closest to me temporarily shut down. The accidently set me account to dormant. On an on. Every time I have an issue, they want me to drive to an inconvenient bank location across town. I wish I hadn't opened an account here.
I am so happy with my mortgage refinance with ANB Bank! I met with Josh Stransky, a senior lender with the Downtown location and he quickly identified that a refi would be the right option for me and my husband. I was referred to Shahen Gharibian who did an amazing job from start to finish. Shahen was professional, courteous and I could not be happier! The whole team of Shahen, Reyna, Gabi, Martin and Brett are great !
