My wife went for a laser appointment and had the most traumatizing experience. First, the room had cockroaches crawling everywhere. Second, despite requesting a separate napkin or tissue, the lady used the same napkin for bikini area and face. Also, my wife kept on telling that a couple of spots were missed but she kept on saying that all areas were covered. Do yourself a favour and avoid going to this place for laser. Complete waste of time and money. Totally unprofessional.
I recently visited Anaya Salon for a hair color and botox treatment. My hair was extremely frizzy and dry, but thanks to Sandeep, I got the best treatment for it. She was professional, knowledgeable, and truly worked magic on my hair. Now, my hair feels much more smooth, soft, and full of life. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in for a global hair color, clearly asked for my jet-black hair to be changed to a brown shade. After paying a high amount, there was absolutely no visible change in my hair color — it looks exactly the same as before. On top of that, I also asked for a root touch-up since I had some grey hair.
