If I could give this property a ZERO I would . Anawim has not been the same since ALLTERRA took over not the same management , people who work there for years quit because of the poor quality of people working there . Let’s start with the horrible sloppy looking property owner Shari , who barely answers the phone , leaves work early , always on vacation , doesn’t check on a property because stats she lives far , trash will be outside a property for months ! you won’t hear from her unless she’s evicting or not taking payments... read more
Just horrible and not fair at all. I was looking at property and I called her for weeks . Kept getting the run around, then I call this week and now it’s a list of applicants. I didn’t even get a chance to see it but they did and i was interested when no one was even looking at it . I’ll pass on doing any businesses with anawim housing . A complete disaster no way you’re trying to help anyone , over looking applicants .
