BEWARE OF ESSEX APARTMENTS- ANAVIA Anavia Apartments, owned by Essex is the worst community we have ever lived in. Our cars have been broken into twice, our motorcycle once, and now today our motorcycle was stolen in broad day light in our locked parking garage. Monday June 24th, 2013 Between the hours of 12a - 1a Vehicle stolen from level 1 parking structure ($50K Black Mustang GT). According to the security cameras, the drivers identity could not be identified as the quality of the cameras are Radio Shack quality!! Building management is quiet about it, and will not do anything about it, not even up the security.
