I have to say…sadly, I never was able to write a 5 Star review for a personal trainer until now. This gym is always soo clean and ALL the employees are always so nice and they have great group sessions. I had Cara as my trainer for monthsss and she was honestly the greatest! Super attentive, very knowledgeable and always challenged me. Because of her dedication to my goals I can now run 4-5 miles again without leaving my lung or legs on a random street, I eat/drink so healthy now and I honestly feel motivated and strong ever... read more
I am so happy Prospect has a healthy workout environment Cara is my Personal trainer and she is caring and positive. I look forward to my sessions with her. She can give easy modifications when needed. If you are looking for a caring and knowledgeable trainer ....she is it !

I’ve been working out at Anatomy for a few years now . I started out with Brooke and now I work out with Cara . I can’t thank these two woman enough for helping me get back into shape and helping me get my broken shoulder strong again
I have been going to Brooke Dragon at Anatomy for a couple years. I have enjoyed her personal training sessions both one-on-one and buddy sessions. I love going to the group class. Everyone is great and motivates each other to work hard. It is a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
