I was a member of Anatomy Miami Beach since 2024 and ultimately decided to leave when the overall training environment no longer aligned with what I value in a serious gym culture. The facility itself is attractive and well located, but the atmosphere has increasingly shifted away from focused training and mutual respect toward a highly social-media-driven environment centered around filming workouts, taking photos, and self-promotion.
