I get my foot orthotics from Anatomical Designs, and I can't recommend them enough. The team is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely caring and attentive. The office is very ran down and never clean mold was in the toilet. The staff is terrible Tracy was on her phone the entire time then when I left she was on the internet shopping and didn’t even bother to look up and ask me if I needed to reschedule. I have also stopped by a few times and it’s been during business hours not lunch time and the door is always locked early and they are gone. Patient at Encompass Rehab. Called them and receptionist said they would come over and discuss different types of knee braces with us on Jim's room. We live 2 1/2 hours from Morgantown and we were excited that they agreed to come to our room and talk to us They came over to Encompass and talked to a PT working with my husband but did not bother coming to our room or even calling us.
