Dana and JJ are excellent trainers who have helped me transform my workouts to powerhouse exercise! Anastasia Fitness is a great neighborhood gym. I highly recommend this place and the classes they offer are worth the money.
So PSA: I am a new member but I have used gyms basically my whole life.. I just switched. I LOVE Anastasia Fitness already. A wide variety of classes, lovely facilities with a lot of things to do, and really kind staff (so far haha). Highly recommend!
Anastasia Fitness is a first class facility. I have enjoyed the many classes offered and the strength of the staff that teaches them. I have now had the pleasure to work with JJ as a personal trainer. He has a great style and I believe that he has the expertise I need to have a successful training experience over the coming months.
