Our purpose is to serve our community with coaching and practices to live better longer. Live and train on Anastasia Island. Locally owned and operated. We are the gym where local families have exercised since 1985. Nothing remains the same and the gym evolved from purely racquetball to full service including group exercise, swimming pool, steam/sauna, free weights, cardio and modern functional training. Anastasia Fitness offers a variety of classes and programs, all lead by motivational and knowledgeable instructors. The front desk staff are welcoming and willing to assist members as needed . Members are friendly which fosters a real sense of community within the gym .

Locally has everything you need love the sauna
While in St.Augustine on vacation, our b&b offered guest passes to Anastasia Fitness. We saw that the gym was having a July 4th workout class, so we planned to go for that. JJ instructed the class, and it was a great workout! The atmosphere was encouraging as well- a wide range of age and fitness levels. JJ did an awesome job accommodating everyone there. So glad we dropped in! Big thank you from Athens, GA! 🐾💪
