Excellent stay! Spent a week with the family in unit 506 and couldn't be happier. Coastal Properties was great to work with, property was clean, comfortable and nicely equipped
Beautiful, quiet beaches
This was our first time back at St. Augustine Beach in a number of years and our first time at Anastasia Condos. We rented through Coastal Realty who did a super job for us. Our unit was on the 7th floor with an amazing beach and ocean view. It was nicely appointed and well supplied. It could however use some new towels. The condo association is doing major work to keep the complex structurally sound and well-maintained and there was some noisy construction going on, but it did not impact us in our unit.
