It’s good, not great. Don’t let it rain a lot and your in lower floor, our whole entrance was in 1” of water , thankfully we arrived early and was already in our beach gear loading up. The office is closed on weekends, so limited support at condo. The unit we rented was great and location is the best if you have a 4x4 because you can carry everything and your family can walk to the beach without carrying anything!
Great place for rental vacation on beach. We stayed in unit 704. Superb. Very clean, wonder views, and everything already there for beach( towels& chairs for 6 people). Pool clean with covered area. We will definitely be back next time we return to St. Augustine.
My wife and I rented Anastasia condo 602, which is on the south side. This condo was updated, clean and had an excellent view of the ocean. The location was superb. We have been coming to St. Augustine every year since we were married there back in June 2006. This was by far the best condominium we have stayed at. Great location on the beach. Pool was clean. Our unit was sparkling clean. The balcony could've been swept, but not a huge deal. The walk to the beach is sp easy. Maybe 10 mins max. Pool is small, but ample for the crowds we had here in June. Pick your time right and you might have it all to yourself. Full time residents were so helpful and super sweet.
