I called and spoke to a woman (who I presume is Ana) and made an appointment for her to come to my dad’s home in Silver Spring the following evening at 7:30 PM to do a walk through and provide a free cleaning estimate. The next day at 7:35 PM no one had showed up yet, so I called and the same woman answered and told me she can’t do appointments past 6 and “forgot” to tell me. I’m not sure why she made an appointment for 7:30 to begin with if she wasn’t ever available and then proceeded to not follow up or call with an update... read more
