I recently visited Ana’s Eyebrows on Beechmont and had a very disappointing experience. I walked in within 10 minutes of closing, and the representative greeted me with a rude look and immediately glanced at her watch as if my presence was an inconvenience. When I approached the check-in, she glared at me, which felt extremely unwelcoming. I asked why she was looking at me like that, and her response was, "I take my last customer 15 minutes before closing," followed by a long, awkward pause.
