I don't understand why this Doc has bad reviews...my appointment went very well, not rushed at all. He answered all my questions patiently and saved me the trip to lab by collecting the sample himself ! His receptionist Jackie was also nice and helpful, she informed about the copay on call when I made the appointment and if they need referrals from other doctors, they're just doing their job....we can't complain about it.
I was about 15 minutes late to my appt & so I called before hand so I expected a little wait. However I signed in & sat for an hour before I was even asked for my insurance card . Then I was informed that I had a copay & the only available atm was across the street in university of mds cafeteria . Had to leave come back & finally gets called back & still been sitting in the back for over 30 minutes .Then the lady says she has to call to try to obtain my records like just a HOT MESS!
