Dr. Patel performed anterior hip replacement on my left hip in August 2025. He was highly recommended by several doctors at Summit Health, and my experience as his patient supports those recommendations. After being turned away for Total hip replacement by many surgeons I was told about Dr Patel from my orthopedic shoulder Dr Black. I’ve suffered years of pain and was unable to get around very well. I have a rare autoimmune disease that I can’t be off my meds. And my body is filled with calcium which made my surgery complicated. Dr. Amanda Patel did a fantastic job on my knee replacement surgery. His staff was extremely helpful during the pre surgery and post. Just had my 3 month post surgical appointment and was told that I’m ahead of schedule which is a testament to the great surgery performed.
Dr Patel performed both of my total knee replacements. I cannot say enough about his skill and professionalism. His bedside manner is outstanding and I would highly recommend him. He is incredibly thorough and put my mind at ease the moment I met him by answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns.
