13 years ago Dr. Germanwala was my neurologist at U.N.C I was twenty-one years old and pregnant when I found out that I had a rare pituitary tumor and I was only 1 of 3 in the state of North Carolina to have that type of tumor. Dr. Germanwala followed me from diagnosis to surgery. He understood that I was scared for myself and my unborn child. I cannot say enough about the man who saved my life and the life of my child.
