She's a true teacher of Yoga always looking to offer her students a full experience whether it be about adjusting just right to get the most from a pose; or integrating breadth and meditation for a deeper spiritual practice; or simply living and sharing the philosophy and teachings by example. I’ve known Anamargret for about 6 years, having met her through Enhanced Healing Yoga. She is always ready with a warm smile and truly cares about her students. A perpetual student herself she incorporates new knowledge into her classes regularly. I have improved my flexibility, endurance and mental clarity through her teachings. She teaches in a clear voice while demonstrating each pose and prompting you through the breathwork.
