For some reason (possibly because someone is trying to hack it) my email pw in Outlook suddenly turns up as locked out now and then. Even if I haven't touched the computer for hours since I last pulled email, I get a little box asking for my pw that won't actually accept it because the account is locked. That happened today, so I emailed Josh at Analytics (from another account). 30 seconds later my email was unlocked. Incredibly fast, efficient service. Analytics is the best and Josh and TJ Bruning are terrific.
