I have dropped off water samples here many many times, early in the morning or right before they close. Have never had any issues whatsoever, prompt drop off, easy pickup of sampling supplies, and accurate and fast results when requested.
If you're a small company you may want to find somewhere else to go (as they are only concerned with their larger corporate clients). The small firms have no place getting proper service.
Fantastic folks to deal with. Very quick and courteous staff. Needed new coolers for samples only had to ask once they replaced to old ones the very next time. A real pleasure to deal with!
The employees here are great! Always very helpful and sure to go the extra step and get you an answer if they're not sure. Placing an order, pick up and drop off are always a breeze.
AES is a fantastic laboratory who we work with on a daily basis and have done so for years. They bend over backwards to help us out with our projects. I cannot say enough about them. Great folks!
