My name is Rachel Bustamante. From day one Surgeon Betty Hou and the office staff have been so wonderful to me. They've lovingly accommodated my hearing impairment unlike most places. To my Surgeon, I want to extend my overwhelming gratitude to you for how much time and consideration you've taken toward me and my health, ultimately saving my life. They have no respect for patient time. My appointment is at 2:00 pm it is 2:45 pm now and still waiting they keep saying you are next and the keep called other people honestly if you really care about your time look for somewhere else find other doctor
