This is the only kind of workout I've been able to stick with. Everyone is so welcoming and motivating each other! It's hard the first few days but if you can get through the the first week it's so worth it. I'm stronger than ever and I feel great every time I leave there. It's so addicting!

I did a 6 week pass from Groupon and had a great experience here. The coaches are motivating and they mix up the music pretty well. I especially liked that they push you to go further than you would on your own. It is a really positive atmosphere.
