Excellent workout and keen instruction from the trainer...I'm 63 in pretty good health and want to tone muscles and keep my heart healthy Fit Body programs really do it for me! THANKS Fit Body staff!!!

It is an up beat atmosphere where beginners and advanced individuals can come and improve their work out habits.
i love that the session are 30min, 30min intense workout. The trainers know everyone's name, they are motivating without being pushy, it's a friendly atmosphere.
