Very professional, but always late with appointment times. Christian is extremely considerate of your comfort and very professional.
I went in for a deep cleaning (and I am afraid of the Dentist). The Hygenist was very patient with me and made sure I didn't feel a thing. By far, one of my best experiences at the Dentist. Thank you!!
For my last two visits, I waited over 1.5hrs to be seated/ worked on. I work and unfortunately, I've been having to take the day off to visit your office because of the time it takes to see me. The Dr. are great, but the time to wait (even w/ an appointment) is unacceptable.
I had 2 root canals on #11 and #12. There was a third tooth involved that we didn't expect. The tooth just behind the canine (I'm not sure which # it is) has a huge lump on the inside. I told the dentist and he filed it but most of it is still protruding into my mouth. The tooth doesn't line up and I can't chew on that side which previously was the primary side I chewed on.
Staff is always very efficient. However, my last experience felt like I had a pit crew working on my teeth. They were in and out so quickly, I never even saw their name tags. That's got to be the one drawback for me: I can't even recommend a specific dentist to friends, as I don't know my dentist's name.
I have been coming to this office for the past 2 weeks, on a Satuday, and both times have been extremley well! I was very impressed! The front desk was very cordial, then the 2 different Dr's I have had, both of them made me feel so comfortable and made me feel like they were really there to help me. My goal is to get braces and I have some other work, which can be so overwheling! My overall visit was highly satisfied
I was scared when I went in to see the denest, but after the work was done I don't have to worry about being scared at my next visit, the Dr. was gental the nurses was very good too, thay help you with you'r finaces if you don't have insurance, i would recamend this place to all my friends.
I am not very happy with this visit
