went here to buy a hyundai veloster N and told me they have one at the garden grove location. processed everything and approval then informed me that the veloster N has been sold the day before. wasted 4 hours of my time for nothing. went to hyundai in carson and left withe a veloster N in 2 hours.
Be polite and actually fix the problem....not have a blame the victim mentality.

Liars! Absolutely shameful business practices here. I called about a certified used car stock # PG2733 and was told by Jerica and her associate three times when I asked to confirm the price that it would be as advertised $14,000 plus tax and license which would be 12% of the purchase price and no other surprise charges. I recently came across false advertising by this dealer, made me waste my time completely. They made an advertising campaign claiming to have a $500k stimulus program where they would pay off completely your car even having negative equity and they would finance your car for 84 months 0% interest with not payments for 120 days. It seemed to be too good to be true.
