Best experience at an optometrist! The staff is so friendly! I wouldn't want to go to anyone else to care for my eyes!!!
I've used Dr. Lovcik for years and he is always very thorough, pleasant, and helpful. I wouldn't say the same for his front desk. She does her job well enough, but without the pleasant aspect. Not outright rude, just as if she'd rather be doing something else and you're interrupting her. If I didn't like Dr. Lovcik so much, it'd be enough for me to change offices.
The Doctor and staff are wonderful. No wait time, and they get you right in if you have any sort of emergency. Been going for years!
Dr.Downs and his entire staff are awesome individuals who really care about what's best for all of us. We've been patients for over ten years and my entire family goes to him on a regular basis.

My family & I have been patients of Dr. Down's for approx. 15 yrs, and really appreciate him and his great staff. They always make us feel like a member of their family. I was just there yesterday for my annual exam. Jennifer was wonderful, helped me take the various tests, and then select my favorite style of frames to try-on. And Dr. Downs is quick & pain-less. They understand that we want to get-in & get it done quickly. They've been doing it for many yrs and are very professional.
Cheryl made it happen! After weeks of insurance issues she worked so to get our request pushed through. She was informative on all our options and a wealth of knowledge. Super happy to be here. Dr. Baker is always truthful and knowledgeable in all our options. Thank you to your wonderful team.
