Excellent service by Dr. Downs and his staff. Very friendly, courteous and professional, year after year.
Excellent, personal service provided by Dr. Lovcik and all of the staff. They really care about your vision well-being, and make the extra effort to provide it.
I enjoy my visits to have my eyes checked regularly because I learn important information about the health of my eyes. Dr. Lovcik answers my questions with respect and knowledge.
Dr. Downs is very considerate and thorough in his vision care. I have been a patient for years and would not go anywhere else.

The doctor is personable and knowledgeable. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I have never felt rushed. I can't imagine getting better care anywhere else! Always enjoy seeing Dr. Downs and his friendly, helpful staff.
