The waiting room floor was filthy. The wait time was over an hour. Big sales pitch for Ortho service. Chaotic environment. No concern for patient relationship.
This office has made me overcome my fears of doctors and drilling. They are warm and inviting there. I was in and out and on with my day. It’s definitely a place you want to go if your tired of scare tactics and being reprimanded for your oral care, they will not do that here instead they educate and encourage. Dr. Chi is wonderful and the staff is friendly, helpful, and warm. They are thorough and explain everything beforehand.
What can I say, Dr. Najaf is just the best! I have not had great dental experiences in the past and she takes the time to go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. She is straight forward and tells it like it is (which I need) but has wonderful bedside manner and shows she truly cares.
The moment I walked in with my daughter for her Procedure they were so helpful and we were in and out, the after care instructions were so clear and they also gave me phone numbers in case I need to reach them after hours, walked out very pleased with the service
