Very professional and polite.The Drs take care to make and keep you as comfortable as possible, to me is very important.The one area I would like to see a improvement in is there financing benefits. We all know people with great and good credit are ok , but what of those who don't ,yet have means to make payments or support a no interest plan for 6months to a year. This is what I feel would take this dental company to the elite level.Don't just say you're the best,be the best.

I came in for a teeth cleaning. Linda did an excellent job and I was also pleased with Dr. Le. Very thorough and kind.

The staff is always friendly. The dentist was very understanding and sensitive to my fear. Though I had problems trying to relax, the dentist worked with me and did his best to relax the situation. Although, my experience was excruciating the staff was excellent.

the worst service, the girls at the reception have no smile on their faces and answer so rude. they have absolutely no polite manners. and the doctors are good , except for 3 of them. they are always trying to rush you and in turn the job is done wrong due to which you have to suffer the pain and return to them again..
Over all my visit was great. I have no complaints about office or Dr Shen he is on Denist I trust.

Linda, the hygenist, was great! Because of her recommendations on caring for my gums and teeth, my oral health has improved considerably. The staff is very nice, efficient and thorough.
