Service is okay - some what satified
When I went for the consultation on Saturday it was not explained to me about the cavity my son had and what my options were. On the return visit wherein he had the sealants done that is when someone informed me about the cavities and that I could go with a cheaper silver fill-in (which was not told to me on the earlier visit). Now that I have all the information and the two cost breakdowns I can get the rest of the work done that Joseph needs. Everyone is so nice and I got in for my first appointment on the same day I called because I was having gum pain. Linda, the hygenist, is terrific! They were honest and considerate and worked within my budget.
Dr. Hoang is the greatest!! She is the best dentist I have every had in my life. She explains the procedure she will be doing and makes sure that I am comfortable and not in pain during the time I'm in the chair. I am a new patient with 7 Day Dental and am extremely pleased with the professional care I am receiving and am impressed with the up to date technology used in this dental office!
I also bought the in house dental insurance for me and my husband and it saved us close to $500.00. The staff there is very caring and loving. Thanks 7 day dental!

I like having all the specialist in the same building, modern equipment and weekend appointment.
I was upset that I had to wait a little over 6 weeks to get a deep cleaning. The reason it took over 6 weeks was because I wanted 7 day dental to get my insurance to pay for it's portion. After my insurance would say how much they paid i wanted to know my portion. I never knew how much i had to pay until the day i went to my appt. no one could tell me over the phone.
