Today,My husband and me , we went together in there , we didn’t have wait long, it was take only 10-15 . And they talked nicely.
Everyone was helpful and kind.
Called in at my appointment time. no waiting.
The receptionist was nice and accommodating after having to reschedule. The ultra sound Tech was great and she made the appointment comfortable.
Scheduling is easy. Drs orders can be electronically downloaded. Sonographer seemed experienced. He, however does not communicate clearly. It’s not language problem. Just need to communicate what he wants the patient to do in details. For example: change to a gown. He must say where the gown should open from the front or back. He should not assume a 94 yr old patient knows what to do.
Very kind and caring staff and technicians. Minimal wait time. I highly recommend this facility.
Always nice and on top of getting you in and out.
