I had a CT scan today and the procedure wen very smoothly. I was able to fill out all the paperwork at home and just hand it in when I had m appointment. The staff is very nice and a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you for being so organized.
Very clean and well organized. Found out my PCP ordered the wrong MRI, so one of the front office staff called both my doctor and insurance to get the correct MRI authorized. By the time I showed up to my appointment, my doctor still didn’t correct my mistake. So the front office staff called several times on my behalf (something that wasn’t divulged to me until later) and got everything approved EXACTLY at my appointment time. My whole visit took less than 45min. Definitely recommend this place.
The techs we're very nice. They were patient with me as I have a hard time with enclosed spaces, in this case and MRI machine. They explained every step of the way which kept me calm. They kept reassuring me I was doing great; it was helpful to me. The front office staff was fast and efficient. I would use them again.
I checked in at 3:30 n was done by 4 pm. Excellent customer service from the front desk to the xray technician.
